- 2 You add the product to the basket and pay for the order. You can also contact us for an invoice and payment by bank transfer.
- 3 Once the payment is booked we start production — it takes 1–2 weeks.
- 4 We ship by courier, and large formats in returnable packaging protected with foam.

How to Order a Memorial Photo
The ordering process is simple and straightforward. A memorial photo can be ordered in two ways — depending on its intended use and mounting method.
1. Ordering Through a Stonemason or Funeral Home
When arranging the details of the headstone with your stonemason, ask them to order and install the memorial photo design of your choice.
Together with the stonemason, determine the order details, such as the selected graphic design, photo shape and size. Then provide the stonemason with several good-quality photos of the deceased person or send them directly to our email address.
Within 2–3 days, we will prepare a portrait design for your approval. Once approved, we produce the memorial photo and ship it to the specified stonemason’s address or directly to you.
If the memorial photo is ordered through a stonemason, the order is placed and settled directly with the stonemason as part of the complete headstone project.
A porcelain photo can also be ordered through selected funeral homes as a memorial keepsake displayed on a stand. It is worth asking whether the funeral home cooperates with us.
2. Ordering Directly Through the Online Store
You can also order a memorial photo directly from our online store. Simply choose the appropriate design, shape and size, upload several photos and complete the payment.
Within 2–5 business days, we will prepare a design for your review. Once approved, we produce the product and ship it directly to you or to the designated stonemason for installation on the headstone.
Please note: if you are purchasing a porcelain photo for display at home as a keepsake, we recommend purchasing an additional stand.
How to Choose Photos of a Deceased Person for the Memorial Portrait
Please make sure that the photos you submit are clear and taken from a relatively close distance. Photos showing the person from the waist up usually work best.
We recommend submitting several photos, which allows us to select the most suitable image. If the quality of the photographs is insufficient, we can digitally enhance or reconstruct them while preserving a natural, respectful and dignified appearance of the portrait.

Photo restoration
for headstones and funeral ceremonies
The service is for funeral homes, stonemasons and private individuals who need a photograph improved quickly — in time to have it printed by a local photographer for the ceremony, or prepared for use on a headstone.
We also restore photographs in very poor condition — we remove paper texture, grain and yellowing, bring back sharpness in the face and hair, and crop the frame to the format you choose. We hand over the print-ready file as a link you download to your computer.

How long does it take to prepare a memorial photo?
We prepare the memorial portrait design within 2–5 days after receiving a complete set of photos from the customer. Once the design has been approved, we immediately begin producing the photo on the selected material (porcelain or crystal), securing it and preparing it for shipment.
For orders that include physical production and shipping, the total turnaround time is usually approximately 2 weeks.
Can you improve the quality of the photo?
Yes. We review all submitted photos. You can also purchase our photo enhancement service, which includes improving image quality, lighting and retouching the person in the photograph.
Can I request changes to the photo and design?
Yes. We allow up to four revisions to the design.
What size porcelain photo is suitable for a headstone?
This depends on the type of headstone and the size of the grave plaque. We most commonly recommend a size of 9 × 12 cm or similar dimensions. We recommend confirming the appropriate photo size with your stonemason so that it can be properly matched to the specific headstone design and installation location.
