Round decorative panel for a child’s grave with an angel motif is an elegant glass panel designed for decorating memorial monuments and headstones. The product is made of two layers of ultra-clear tempered glass, between which a durable ceramic print resistant to weather conditions is placed. Thanks to the technology used, the glass plaque for a memorial monument retains its aesthetic appearance for many years and is resistant to UV radiation, moisture and changing temperatures.
The panel is available in a light-transmitting version for installation in a window – an illuminated space between two glass slabs – or in an opaque version for mounting on the stone slab of the memorial monument. In addition, the panel is available in selected dimensions and in thicknesses of 8, 10 or 20 mm, and upon individual request it can be made as a glass panel for a headstone with custom dimensions and glass thickness, e.g. 12, 16 or 24 mm, according to the guidelines of the stonemasonry workshop.
Product characteristics
The panel consists of two bonded sheets of ultra-clear tempered glass, between which a ceramic print fired in a kiln is placed. This technology makes the graphic permanently bonded with the glass and resistant to weather conditions. Additional glass lamination increases safety of use, while lightly ground edges improve the appearance and make installation more comfortable.
The glass panel is intended to be bonded to the monument slab or installed in special stone bases, making it an elegant decorative element of modern headstones.
Upon individual request, we can prepare glass for a memorial monument in other dimensions, bevel the edges, use thicker glass structures with a total thickness of 12, 16, 20 or 24 mm, make mounting holes for fixing pins, or cut irregular shapes based on a technical drawing. This allows the panel to be precisely adapted to the monument design.

How long does it take to produce the plaque?
Production of a glass plaque for a memorial monument usually takes from 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the format and the scope of glass processing.
What size can I choose for an individual order?
The minimum panel width is 10 cm, and the maximum panel size can be 70 × 120 cm. In some cases, other dimensions are also possible after prior arrangement.
What types of printing do we use?
All graphics are produced using ceramic printing technology on glass, in which the pigment is fired in a kiln and permanently fused into the glass structure. As a result, a photo on glass for a memorial monument or decorative graphic is resistant to weather conditions, UV radiation and mechanical damage.
Prints are made exclusively on ultra-clear tempered glass, which provides high transparency and excellent graphic display quality.
Is the stained-glass-style panel transparent?
It can be semi-transparent and allow light to pass through. Two options are available: a panel with light transparency, which can be installed in an open space of the memorial monument, for example in a window opening or between two slabs, where it is set in bases and illuminated by natural sunlight; and an opaque panel with an additional backing, intended for bonding to the stone slab of the monument. In this case, opacity makes it possible to hide the stone structure and any joints visible on the other side of the panel.
Is this a traditional stained-glass panel made of separate pieces of glass?
Our glass panel is not made like a traditional stained-glass panel from many glass pieces joined with lead. The stained-glass-style panel is made using ceramic printing technology on tempered glass and lamination of two glass sheets, making it resistant to weather conditions.
Will the work be shipped by courier?
Smaller panel formats are shipped by standard courier service. For larger formats, it is necessary to use a dedicated logistics company that ensures proper protection of the glass panel during transport. The delivery cost for larger panels is determined individually based on the recipient’s location.
How is the glass panel mounted on a memorial monument?
The mounting method of the glass panel depends on the monument design. The panel can be:
bonded using suitable mounting tape or adhesive,
fixed with mounting pins,
set in horizontal or vertical bases made in the stone slab.
Regardless of the selected mounting method, materials that reduce stress caused by low temperatures should be used, such as flexible adhesives, mounting tapes or suitable seals.
Can we produce an irregular panel shape?
Yes. Based on the supplied technical drawing, we can produce an irregularly shaped glass panel, for example with an arch or rounded side, so that it fits the monument design perfectly.
Such projects are prepared in cooperation with a stonemasonry workshop and are always subject to individual quotation.
