The strip is one pane of coloured glass 8 mm thick, with no laminating and no painted pattern.

The colour is in the glass itself, so it is the same on the front and the back of the strip.

The glass lets light through – set into the tablet, it glows with colour along its whole height.

The burgundy transparent glass strip for a headstone is a memorial decoration made of a single layer of coloured glass 8 mm thick. The burgundy strip is subdued and goes well with grey and brown granite. The strip lets light through and is designed to be set into the granite tablet or the plinth of the memorial.
Product description
The strip is made of a single layer of coloured, transparent glass 8 mm thick. It has no painted pattern and no second pane, so it lets light through and its colour changes with the time of day.
The standard strip is 10 cm wide and 90 cm tall, so it runs the full height of the stone tablet. We also make it in other dimensions: from 5 to 40 cm wide and up to 170 cm tall.

Work like this is prepared together with the memorial mason and is quoted individually every time.
Do you need a strip in another size?
We make the transparent strip to the dimensions given by the memorial mason: from 5 to 40 cm wide and up to 170 cm tall. From a technical drawing we can also prepare a heart, a cross or a circle in the same glass; work like this is quoted individually. Get in touch with us.
