The product can be made in various sizes — from 30 × 20 cm to 50 × 40 cm, with a thickness of 10 mm, as well as in larger formats on request. The plaque is designed to be mounted on a stone base, such as a granite cushion or stand, providing an elegant and subtle addition to the headstone.
The Process of Creating Your Memorial Plaque
Ordering a memorial plaque is simple and well organised. First, you choose the floral composition design that best suits your preferences and provide a photo and personal details of the deceased. Next, in cooperation with your monumental mason, you select the appropriate base — for example, a granite cushion — and agree on the final dimensions of the plaque, matched to the chosen stone base. Once the plaque has been produced, the mason attaches it to the base using a flexible adhesive. We recommend placing your order in cooperation with a monumental mason, who can help match all the parameters and ensure correct installation.
All you need to do is:
— choose the floral composition design,
— pass it on to your monumental mason,
— send us 3–5 good-quality photos of the deceased by email, along with their personal details and dates.
Based on this, we will prepare an individual design for the plaque. Once the design work is complete, you will receive a visualisation for approval. Once approved, we begin production, and the finished plaque is sent directly to the specified monumental mason for installation.
How to Choose a Photo for Your Memorial Plaque?
Please make sure that the photos you send are clear and taken from a short distance. Photographs showing the person from the waist up work best.
We recommend sending several photos, which allows us to choose the most suitable shot. If there are any quality issues with the photograph, we can digitally retouch or restore it, while preserving a natural and dignified likeness.

What size can I choose?
The smallest available format is 20 × 30 cm. The range (product parameters) includes the most commonly chosen sizes: 30 × 20, 35 × 27, 40 × 30, 45 × 35, and 50 × 40 cm, available in both vertical and horizontal layouts. Can an epitaph also be included on the plaque?
Yes, every design is fully individual — the plaque can include the details of the deceased, dates, religious symbols, and additional content such as an epitaph or a favourite quote.
What Type of Printing Do We Use?
All graphics are produced using ceramic pigments, which are then fired at high temperature, permanently fusing them into the structure of the glass. This technology ensures exceptional resistance to weather conditions, UV radiation, and mechanical damage.
Our work is produced exclusively on ultra-white tempered glass, which stands out for its high clarity and elegant appearance, perfectly showcasing the details of the graphic.
Will the Item Be Sent by Courier?
Yes, all items are shipped with special protection using polyurethane foam, which effectively protects the product during transport. We use returnable deposit packaging, which means that after unpacking the plaque, the box and foam inserts must be sent back to us — the return shipment is paid for by us. This solution allows us to offer delivery of even larger products at standard market rates, without the need to use an additional, costly logistics company. In addition, the packaging is reused by us for shipping future orders.
How Is the Plaque Mounted to the Stone Base?
We recommend mounting the plaque using a suitable, flexible adhesive or silicone designed for mirror mounting, from brands such as Lakma. Please note that acetate-based mounting adhesives and silicones should not be used.
